Mastic is called the natural aromatic resin extracted from the mastic tree.

Mastic has many uses. The most widespread of these is as gum or perfume for baking and pastry while it is known liqueur and mastic.

Also in medicine, orthodontics, scents, etc. In Cyprus, the seeds of the mastic tree, resembling those of the pepper, are used as a spice in whole sausages.

Mastic is produced ONLY in Chios island.

It is available in thin and thick seeds.
