Tincture and the use Calendula particularly helps in mild skin irritation treatment caused by the cold air and the sudden changes of temperature. Helps also to soothe irritated skin, heals bites, cuts and wounds. It forms an excellent basis for natural cosmetics. Can be applied directly to the skin and is ideal for aromatherapy. It is suitable for all skin types, but especially suitable for dry, very dry and sensitive skin.

Use: In a pot of boiling water put one tablespoon of herb. Let boil for 3-4 minutes and let it stand for 3-4 minutes. Then strain and drink or put in the irritated area.
