For many centuries the Arabs drank wild mint because they said it was a natural sexual afrodisiac. Ancient Egyptians, Greeks and Romans considered it a medicine for many ailments.

In folk medicine is believed that stimulates the nervous system and the heart, against asthma, which "opens" the respiratory system. Also used in cooking.

Suitable for smokers to clean the lungs.

Wild mint is not to be drunk in more that 30ml quantity per day.

Use: In 1 ½ litter of water we add a small handful of the product (1-2 tablespoons) and we let it boil for 6 minutes and stay for 4 more. Drink 1 shot per day.
