The linden is known for its sedative properties, so why act as a mild hypnotic and sedative, helps headaches, rheumatism and arthritis.

In Comparison with linden leaf, the flower is more powerful sedative and has more intense flavor.

Use: In a cup of water we add 1 to 1 ½ tea spoon of the herb. We add boiling water and we let it stay for 5-6 minutes. Can be also drunk cold.
