Sage helps in any kind of stomach disorders such as gastritis, etc. It regulates blood pressure, especially hypertension and helps arthritis and depression.

Use: In a pot of boiling water put one tablespoon of herb. Let boil for 3-4 minutes and let it stand for 3-4 minutes. Then strain and drink.
