2 glasses of verbena daily can significantly help the body burn fat and thus weight loss, always coupled with proper nutrition.

The extensive use of lemon verbena (over 2 consecutive months) is not recommended.

Use: In a cup of water we add 1 to 1 ½ tea spoon of the herb. We add boiling water and we let it stay for 5-7 minutes. Can be also drunk cold.
