Henna was used by women and men to dyetheirhair or beards, and also to decorate with drawings their skin in celebrations, weddings and religious ceremonies.
Instructions:
Prepare the mixture, depending on the length of your hair. You will need about 100 grams henna powder for short hair, 300 gr. hair to shoulder length and 500 g. for very long hair. Slowly pour the lemon juice or water, stirring, until a thick paste.
Wear gloves necessarily, take enough paste with your hands and start the application from the back of the head, moving gradually towards the top. Make sure the henna penetrates every tuft massaging with fingertips.
When you complete the application on all hair, slide a plastic film bag or in your head. The heat generated helps the henna to better penetrate. Do not forget to wipe the skin immediately around your hair to avoid stains.
Wait 2-4 hours, depending on how intense you want the result. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and wash your hair with your regular shampoo.
