Mustard is the seed from which mustard is produced.

It is rarer to find than the white one. Black mustard seeds are used as well as the white one, but it's more therapeutic, tastier, more pungent and more durable.

The seeds of black mustard shall also be used for poultices, but requires great care in its use.
