Guarana

Guarana is the sacred plant of the Indians who were drinking guarana to cope with the terrible heat, moisture, physical fatigue, pains, fever and even seemed to have unlimited sex. In Brazil is known as the elixir of youth, as people there believe that gives psychophysical wellbeing and longevity, and is regarded as one of the main therapeutic herbs.

Recommended in cases such as:

Use: In a pot with boiling water we add a teaspoon from Guarana seeds after we break them to smaller pieces. We let it boil 4-6 minutes and then we let it stay without boiling for 3 minutes.
