Cinnamon sticks

Used mainly in cooking as a seasoning and flavoring material substance, mainly being used in dessert preparation, in chocolate and liqueurs. In the Middle East, often used in savory dishes of chicken and lamb.

Also used diarrhea and other digestive problems.

Studies have shown that half a teaspoon of cinnamon a day, significantly reduces blood sugar. Diabetics, especially type-2 diabetics, use cinnamon to improve cholesterol.
