Mountain tea has a beneficial effect on colds and upper respiratory infections. Also fights anemia due to iron content. It still has bacteriostatic and antioxidant properties.

Use: In a pot of boiling water put one tablespoon of herb. Let boil for 3-4 minutes and let it stand for 3-4 minutes. Then strain and drink.
